Opening a CAC Support Ticket
Send an email to cac.help@queensu.ca
Include in the email
* Your CAC username and cluster/hardware (usually Frontenac) especially if this pertains to specialized projects * Your slurm sbatch job submission file along with a list of all modules you are loading and software you are using * The errors/warnings you are receiving either copy/paste into the ticket body or point to where these error files can be found * slurm jobid that had the problem (optional)
