Recent Workshops Software Carpentry @ Queen's This was a three-day workshop giving a thorough introduction to multiple aspects of scientific programming in the framework of Software Carpentry style lectures and hands-on labs: Using the bash shell on Unix systems Version control with GIT Workflows with make Programming with Python, including parallel Programming with R, including visualization The workshop took place at Queen's University, Feb 17-19, 2016 and was the first such event at Queen's. The third day content had an emphasis on biology applications.
