Due to popular demand, we conducted yet another SWC workshop on April 24-25, 2017.
This was a two-day workshop giving a thorough introduction to multiple aspects of scientific programming in the framework of [http://software-carpentry.org/ Software Carpentry] style lectures and hands-on labs: 

* Programming with R, including visualization
* Using the bash shell on Unix systems
* Version control with GIT
